Explanation of Participant Counts

Going – These students and parents deposited to secure their seat on the trip and make up the total numbers you see under “Actual”.

Pending Deposit – These students and parents ONLY registered and never made a payment. They do not have their seat secured on the trip.

Waitlisted – These are students and parents registered but were informed there was not a seat on the trip for them at this time and no payment could be made.

Participant Financials – List of all students displaying their financial information. Includes an easy way to see which students and parents have fallen behind in their payments. Participants who fall too far behind will receive messages that they are at risk of losing their seat on the trip.

Dropped – These are students and parents who are no longer on the trip.

Signed Up for Till –This provides you the ability to see who has registered and activated their card if that product is offered on your trip.

Emergency Contacts –This provides a list of all students on the trip, listed with their parent or guardian’s contact information.

Participants by Group – If you chose for groups to be created for your trip, this will let you separate the students and parents accordingly.

Related Participants – Connects every student to and adult that is on the trip. This is a helpful tool when students have different last names than the adult traveling with them.
