2 Easy Steps to Share Your MyTrip Weblink

Step 1: Add it to your school website

Student Adventures recommends having your school’s website administrator place the MyTrip Weblink in a prominent place on your school’s website. We’re providing an email template below to help you make this request:

Hi Web Admin,

I’m in the process of organizing a student travel tour in our school. I’d like your help getting the word out about this exciting opportunity for our students!

Student Adventures–the travel company I am working with–has built me a custom website for our trip which includes registration information, trip details, and more. They recommend creating a link to this on our school website in a prominent spot, such as the homepage, for example.

Step 2: Send it to student families

MyTrip Weblink is the easiest way for families to register for your trip. We recommend:

  • Including it in Parent Letters, Parent Meeting notes, and newsletter emails related to the trip
  • Send the link to parents requesting information regarding trip registration or other details

Print Accessibility

Including MyTrip Weblink on Printed Materials

When it comes to printed materials, links can be long and tedious to type-in. To make this easier for your students & families, we suggest:

Include a QR Code

Most smartphones come with a built-in QR code scanner. Including a QR code in printed materials such as a parent letter or poster makes it easy for families to access the page at the point of a camera. The QR code below is pre-loaded with your custom link. Feel free to copy it for use in your materials.

Access the Link Through our Website

When a QR code is not convenient, providing instructions on printed materials to manually reach the MyTrip page can serve as a great alternative. To find the MyTrip page manually, families may:

  • Go to the Student Adventures website (https://www.studentadventures.org)
  • In the Main Menu, press “MyTrip”
  • On the MyTrip landing page, enter the following Trip ID: {{regcode}}
