Registration is open whenever you decide to release the MyTrip Link and/or the Registration Info page.

When should I release the information to register?
Most sponsors wait for the kickoff parent meeting, but you can release it earlier if you wish.
How do I get the registration materials out to parents and students?
- Parent Meeting Printouts
- Supply office with paper registration info.
- Create social media page for the trip.
- Hold an assembly for all students invited.
- Address classrooms of students not in your class.
When is too late to register for the trip?
Registration remains open after the 1st deposit due date. New participants may deposit at any time until the room list is submitted when they are placed on a waitlist so we can check with you to see if you want to add them and with our vendors confirming additions can be made.
