  • Encourage students to use the TripApp to stay informed about the schedule and any updates throughout the trip.
• Communication is Key:
  • Establish clear lines of communication among students, chaperones, and parents. Make sure everyone knows who to contact in case of an emergency and how to reach key staff members during the trip.
  • Use group texts or messaging apps to quickly share important updates or changes in the itinerary.
• Follow the Rules:
  • Remind students of the importance of following all rules and guidelines. This includes adhering to the itinerary, respecting curfews, and following instructions from chaperones and staff.
  • Good behavior and cooperation are essential for the safety and enjoyment of everyone on the trip.
