What We Recommend

  • Itinerary: “Print a tentative copy of the trip itinerary. This helps parents visualize the flow of the trip and the key activities planned.
  • Registration Letter (Trip Highlights): Prepare the Registration Letter, also known as ‘Trip Highlights,’ which outlines the most exciting aspects of the trip.
  • CP vs. CSP Fact Sheet: Print out the comparison fact sheet between Cancellation Protection (CP) and Cancellation Super Protector (CSP) to help parents make an informed decision.
  • Till Printout: If applicable, print information about the Till debit card service, explaining how it works and why it’s a valuable tool for the trip
