Contest Overview

  • Who Can Enter: Students who travel on Student Adventures trips between January 1 and June 30, 2025.
  • Entry Period: Submit your entries between February 1 and June 30, 2025.
  • What to Submit: Photos and videos captured by YOU during your trip. All entries must be original and follow the contest guidelines.

Prizes

  • Category Winners: Win a $100 Visa e-gift card every two weeks!
  • Grand Prize Winner: Take home a $500 Visa e-gift card at the end of the contest.
  • Maximum Potential Earnings: Win up to $600 by snagging both a category win and the grand prize!

Categories

Photo Categories:

  • Unforgettable Moments: Capture unforgettable experiences featuring at least one person in the photo.
  • Friendship Highlights: Showcase fun and memorable moments with friends in incredible locations.
  • Teacher Tribute: Snap appreciation photos with your teachers and include a note about how they’ve impacted you.

Video Categories:

  • Viral Setter: Submit 30-60 second videos featuring the latest viral trends or your original creative content.
  • Student Scholars: Share a 30-60 second educational video about something unique you learned on your trip.
  • Trip Highlights Reel: Create a 30-60 second video montage showcasing highlights from your trip.

Grand Prize Category:

  • Message to Future Students: Reflect on your trip and create a powerful video that encourages future students. Use visuals and storytelling to inspire!

Rules & Requirements

  • Submission Rules: All content must be original and created by the participant. Photos and videos must adhere to contest guidelines.
  • Judging Criteria: Entries will be judged by our creative team based on originality, quality, and alignment with the contest categories.

Winner Selection & Notifications

  • Category Winners: Selected every two weeks during the contest period.
  • Grand Prize Winner: Announced at the end of the contest.
  • Notifications: Winners will be contacted via email, so keep an eye on your inbox!

Two ways to Enter

  1. Reply to any text message from Student Adventures during your trip with your photos and videos. Once you send them, they are entered into the 2025 photo contest
  2. Email Photos or videos to info@studentadventures.org. Put the Swartz Creek 2025 photo contest as the subject of the email.
